This article addresses the challenges that are present in the daily lives of countless students and teachers who still need to promote a truly inclusive educational system, especially due to the fact that digital information and communication technologies, especially after the coronavirus pandemic, COVID-19, structural elements are shown that will definitively guide formal education worldwide.
